K&K Upright Bass Max Pickup

This upright bass pickup is K&K Sound's top selling bass pickup, called The Bass Max.  It is constructed with two piezo pickups: one facing up and the other facing down.  K&K says this way the pickup will give a more rounded (fuller range) sound of the bass.   It is designed to simply fit into the wing of your bass bridge.  You can also try putting it on different sides of the bridge (either treble G string side) or bass bar side (E string).  You'll get a different sound on each side which also depends on what you like and what your bass does.
