Upright Bass 'Case' Covers

We've noticed that most folks looking for a new upright bass cover actually call it a "bass case".  That's ok, we know what you mean. We also have a dedicated page for a hard, bass flight case as well.

We presently  offer 3 of the best brands of bass covers:  Tuff-Bag, Bobelock and Mooradian.  We specifically chose these brands for their quality, workmanship, reliability and weight. They will not fall apart and will hold up well, over years of hard, professional use.  While these brands come with shoulder straps, we do not sell covers with wheels built into them at the bottom or the back pack style cases. The wheels (built in the cover) are bad for the bottom seams of basses and a lot of players accidentally get their bass necks hit above the doorway using the backpack style (dual straps)!

Tuff-Bag™ Bass Cases

Tuff-Bag™ is the new up and coming professional level bass cover brand.  For now, they only offer them in a middle (medium) 3/4 cover.  This actually will fit about 90% of the basses in the world.  They are supposed to be coming out with a 7/8 sized black one sometime next year, but so far only the 3/4 covers are available.  Besides their traditional black color, they now offer an attractive blue color as well.  If you compare these to all of the best covers available on the market, these will come out on top in workmanship, quality, usefulness and padding.  If you are looking for the best cover (regardless of price), the Tuff-Bags is the one to get. 

Forget about price, we believe the new Tuff-Bag Premium Deluxe covers, are the absolute, best bass cover in the world, bar none!  You'll notice that because of the incredible padding inside, the TB's tend to be about 1 to 1.5 lbs heavier than the other covers and come with a 3 year warranty!

The Bobelock cover $235. (Black color only)  We have additional information and images for this cover on the linked page as well.  This too, is a good cover and will last with years of heavy use. If you visit the Bobelock link here, the cover we are showing is in red, but we're only offering black in the Bobelock cases now.
